Land surveyor license tracking for engineering and surveying firms
Quick answer
SealBench tracks land surveyor licenses (PLS, RLS or PS) and their expiration dates on the same roster as your engineers and architects, soonest renewal first, and survey sheets in a permit set are matched to a land surveyor. It doesn’t hold state CE or firm rules for surveyors yet, so it won’t count a surveyor’s hours against a state rule.
What SealBench covers for surveyors
- Licenses and dates: every surveyor license by state, with its number and expiration, in the same list as everyone else. Surveyor interns (LSIT) are tracked too, and never counted as able to seal.
- Firm registrations: a firm registration can be recorded as covering surveying, with the qualifiers it depends on.
